When buying a piece of monks you are accepting the terms and conditions.
The pieces do not have money can not buy, because the cart will not be activated . But if you're interested, some of them can get in touch by email with which you can buy and inform you of how long the item in stock before placing your order.

The purchases are to be paid via PayPal. If you want another payment option please send us an email detailing the parts you want to buy and where you receive the shipment .

The command is sent after receiving the confirmation of the transfer.


We sent the estate and is paid at the time of receiving the package. This option is available for Spain and some countries in the European Community. Please inquire for availability of this service in your place of residence .

For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be online , in real time, through the payment gateway of the bank concerned, once it is verified that the data provided are correct.

Packages are usually sent to a maximum of 72 hours after receipt of your order at our online store . You will receive the package at the above address between 48 and 72 hours after making your purchase in our online store for shipments to Spain and Portugal.

In case of deliveries outside the European Union, the shipping costs do not cover any customs tariffs , which depend on each country's legislation . Whatever the delivery method chosen , you will receive timely information about the shipment of your order and the tracking code the same .

It can happen that a faulty piece out and of course just be changed to another . In this case please let us know by phone or email within 7 days of the delivery date . Please contact us as soon as possible indicating your order number and the assigned reference when making a purchase . Verify the impact and fix the problem , making us pay for the shipping.

If after receiving the order wants to return part or all of it, please contact us with the greatest possible urgency , and specify your order number and the reference product . Remember that once received the order has 7 working days from the date of receipt to implement the right of return ( according to article 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Trade amended by law 47 /2002 of 19 December). The cost of returning the shipment (including insurance ) will be charged to you.

The product to be returned , must be in perfect condition , and must be accompanied by the same packaging when it was delivered . Otherwise you will be sent back with shipping related .

Once we have received the goods and confirmed that it is in good condition , we will refund the amount of the order less shipping charges by the same method of payment used . If you pay by bank transfer , provide your bank details , including the 20 digits for your account

and the reference order number assigned at the time of making the purchase.

The incidence has been reported to info@monjoies.com within a maximum of 12 hours from receipt of order.
